    Pick a tour, a date and your group size. Your spot is held while we check it, and there’s nothing to pay yet.

    We confirm on WhatsApp

    Dulce replies personally, usually within a few hours, to confirm your date, timings and anything you need. Your booking page shows the status too.

  3. 3

    Lock it in

    Once your date is confirmed, arrange the deposit with Dulce on WhatsApp. The balance is settled on the day, in cash or by transfer.

Do I have to pay anything to send a booking request?

No. Sending a request costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Once Dulce confirms your date, you arrange the deposit with her on WhatsApp, and the balance is settled on the day, in cash or by transfer.

What happens after I send the form?

You get a booking page that shows your request's status, and your spot is held while we check it. Dulce messages you on WhatsApp, usually within a few hours, to confirm the date, timings and anything else you need. Bookmark the page to check back later.

Is my information stored anywhere?

Yes, so we can handle your booking. Your name, WhatsApp number, email if you give one, and trip details are stored in our booking system, and only our team sees them. Our privacy notice explains how they're used.

What if the weather turns bad on my tour date?

Safety comes first. If the coast guard suspends sailing or conditions look unsafe, we reschedule to another day of your trip or refund your deposit in full.
